About The Gulotta Group, LLC

The Gulotta Group, LLC was formed in 2010 to provide high quality, affordable training and technical assistance to community development and housing professionals like you. Workshops and training are provided in a convenient and interactive format, bringing experience and expertise to those who wish to be effective in their redevelopment efforts.

Because of the extensive community development and housing experience of principal Chris Gulotta, the firm specializes in a case study approach to training, based on actual projects in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. These projects include:

  • The development of affordable housing including housing for seniors, working households, and special needs populations.
  • The implementation of neighborhood revitalization projects, featuring a holistic approach including blight remediation, the development of infill housing for first-time buyers, streetscape improvements, and programs to empower neighborhood residents.
  • The development and implementation of downtown strategic plans.
  • The redevelopment of historic structures and vacant parcels in downtown areas for mixed uses including retail and commercial, market rate housing and affordable housing.
  • The build-out of streetscape improvement projects featuring improved pedestrian movements, bike lanes, attractive gateway signage, ornamental street lighting, and rain gardens to filter storm water.
